Our client, a successful commercial vehicle dealership in Swindon, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within commercial vehicle sales. Previous automotive experience is not essential – full training and ongoing support will be provided.

You'll be responsible for managing both face-to-face and digital enquiries, guiding customers through the purchasing process and maximising sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone, email and digital channels.
• Meet individual and team-based sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
• Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process.
• Discuss finance, warranties, accessories and additional products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow the sales process.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover.
• Maximise every sales opportunity through effective questioning and consultative selling.
• Ensure all finance and insurance sales comply with relevant regulations.
• Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve departmental targets.

• Strong motivation to achieve targets and earn uncapped commission.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures.
• A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the commercial vehicle industry.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
