I’m recruiting for a Community Nurse to join a leading specialist healthcare provider, supporting adults in their own homes across Torquay and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced RGN looking to move away from the pressures of a busy ward while continuing to deliver high-quality, hands-on nursing care.
What’s on Offer?
- Salary up to £39,000 DOE
- Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance plus mileage
- Monday–Friday working pattern
- No nights or regular weekends

Working independently in the community, you’ll manage your own caseload while receiving support from an experienced multidisciplinary and clinical leadership team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing holistic clinical assessments
- Developing and reviewing personalised care plans
- Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care and treatment
- Monitoring patients and responding to changes in their condition
- Supporting and educating patients, families and carers
- Liaising with GPs and wider multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and high standards of clinical governance
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Adult nursing experience within a hospital or community setting
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Confidence working independently and managing your own caseload
- Full UK driving licence
