Community Support Worker – Come Make a Difference!
Salary: £25,877.80 - £28,956.20pa - ( £13.45–£15.05 per hour ) 37 hours per week
Locations: Based across Mulbarton & Dereham

We’re looking for a kind, enthusiastic and motivated Community Support Worker to join our Clients fantastic team supporting adults with learning disabilities to live happy, healthy and independent lives.
You don’t need to have all the answers — just bring your compassion, common sense, patience and a good sense of humour. Care experience is welcomed, but full training will be provided.
What will you be doing?
You’ll support people with all the things that make everyday life… well, everyday life!
That could include:
- Supporting with personal care and wellbeing.
- Helping with shopping, cooking and budgeting.
- Supporting people to attend appointments.
- Helping with household tasks and simple DIY.
- Getting out into the community and enjoying activities.
- Supporting friendships, family relationships and independence.
- Completing digital care plans — don't worry, we'll show you how!
Basically, you’ll be helping people do more of the things they want to do, while being there when they need a helping hand.
A few important things…
You’ll need a full UK driving licence, access to a car and Business Class 1 Insurance for this role.
You’ll also need to be happy working a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends and sleep-in duties.
The good bit? You’ll be paid for them!
- £13.45 per hour standard rate
- £14.05 per hour evenings
- £15.05 per hour weekends
- Double time on Bank Holidays
- £44 per sleep-in
