About the Role

We are looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to join our team on a bank and flexible-shift basis, supporting clients with complex healthcare needs across London, Reading, Slough, Maidenhead, Watford and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for Healthcare Assistants who have experience providing safe, person-centred care to individuals with complex medical needs and who are confident working in community and home-care settings.

Key Requirements

You must have previous hands-on experience with tracheostomy care.

Experience with the following is also highly desirable:

• Tracheostomy care and management

• Ventilator care

• PEG feeding

• Complex clinical care

• Monitoring and recognising changes in a client's condition

• Supporting clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Following individual care plans and clinical guidance

• Maintaining accurate care records

• Working effectively with families, healthcare professionals and wider care teams

About You

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who are:

• Experienced in complex care

• Confident and competent with tracheostomy care

• Reliable, professional and compassionate

• Able to work independently while following care plans and clinical guidance

• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts

• Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care

• Comfortable supporting clients in their own homes and community settings
