Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Day & Night Cover
HCAs are required to provide both day and night cover, with all shifts being 12 hours in duration.
Required Skills & Experience

Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy and seizure management, including the safe administration of rescue medication.

Experience providing personal care and supporting individuals with daily living needs.

Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

Experience working in accordance with behaviour support plans and implementing agreed strategies consistently.

Previous experience within learning disability and mental health settings is strongly preferred.
