About the Role

Are you an experienced care professional with a passion for delivering exceptional complex care services? We are looking for a dedicated **Complex Care Manager** to lead and grow our Worcester branch, supporting clients with complex needs to live independently within their own homes.

As Complex Care Manager, you will take overall responsibility for managing and developing the branch, ensuring the highest standards of clinical governance, compliance, and service delivery. You'll lead a passionate team while building strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Worcester complex care branch

  • Ensure safe, high-quality care is delivered to clients living in the community

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team

  • Manage branch performance, compliance, and CQC standards

  • Build and maintain relationships with commissioners and healthcare partners

  • Support business growth through effective service development

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing complex care or domiciliary care services

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance

  • Proven leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • A full UK driving licence is desirable
