Complex Care Support Worker – Children’s Complex Care

Elevated&Co is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers to support children and young people within their own homes.

This role is ideal for experienced Support Workers or Healthcare Assistants who are confident providing person-centred care and supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs.

The Role

You may be supporting children and young people with needs such as:

• Autism and learning disabilities
• Challenging behaviours
• Epilepsy and seizure management
• PEG feeding
• Medication support
• Moving and handling
• Personal care
• Emotional and behavioural support
• Other complex healthcare needs

Depending on the individual care package, shifts may be 1:1 or within a wider care team.

What We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in:

• Children’s complex care
• Residential children’s services
• SEND settings
• Healthcare or community care
• Learning disabilities
• Autism support
• Mental health support
• Adult complex care candidates may also be considered depending on experience
