You will be working for a well-known higher education organisation that values not only its tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of compliance.

As the Compliance Manager, you will be:
  • Managing the Big 6 compliance areas and planned maintenance programmes
  • Managing a team of Compliance Officers
  • Updating policies and procedures
  • Managing external contractors
  • Providing one-to-one meetings, support, and training to the team when required


Compliance Manager – Qualifications / Experience:
  • Previous compliance management experience
  • Experience delivering training and supporting teams
  • Previous experience updating policies and procedures
  • Social housing experience


As the Compliance Manager, you will receive:
  • £350–£375 per day
  • Hybrid working – 1 day per week in the Birmingham office and 1 day per week in the Bradford office
  • 3-month contract with the potential to be extended
  • Flexible working hours
