Compliance & Risk Project Coordinator in City of London, London

This company based in London is recruiting for a Compliance & Risk Project Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is a 3-month fixed-term contract at 40 hours per week, with 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home and can be done from their London office. This organisation is a leader in the project delivery and management space, with projects in the energy, construction and infrastructure fields.

Your new roleSituated within the Compliance team, this role will provide operational and project support during a three-month period of transition and implementation. The duties for this role will include:

• Support day-to-day activities for the Compliance team, including due diligence, screening and reporting.
• Coordinate projects, tracking actions, risks, issues and delivery milestones.
• Assist with process improvements, system implementations and compliance initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:

• Previous experience in a compliance, risk or audit-focused role is essential, particularly with due diligence processes and compliance screening.
• Additional experience in a project management or project coordination role is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency with screening & case management tools, compliance systems and project management tools (e.g. LexisNexis, OneTrust, NAVEX).
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible working both independently and within a team environment.
