Computer Science Teacher in Kensington, Greater London

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced A-Level Computer Science Teacher to work with a highly successful and prestigious independent sixth-form college based in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to teach highly motivated and academically ambitious A-Level students within a supportive environment where teachers are trusted to focus on what they do best – teaching and achieving outstanding results!

This position offers an exceptional rate of approximately £100 per hour, with just 6 teaching hours per week across 3 days. There is flexibility around the timetable for the right candidate, making this an ideal opportunity to work alongside your existing teaching commitments.

Hours: Approximately 6 hours per week across 3 days

Candidates should have the following skills and experience to be considered:

• Experience teaching A-Level Computer Science
• Strong knowledge of A-Level Computer Science
• OCR specification experience is highly desirable
• Excellent subject knowledge
• Experience teaching KS5 / Sixth Form students
• Ability to engage and challenge academically ambitious students
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A genuine passion for Computer Science and education
• Ability to start as soon as possible

PGCE and QTS are NOT essential.
