Linsco Recruitment Ltd is an established national construction workforce provider operating since 1978. Our dedicated National Fit-Out & Interiors Division partners with the UK’s leading commercial workspace, retail, and hospitality contractors. We run a highly professional, 7-day-a-week operation and are looking for elite site management professionals to lead our clients' site delivery teams.
The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced, highly organized Logistics Manager for immediate starts on fast-track, multi-million-pound commercial Cat A & Cat B fit-out projects across Central London.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Managing, coordinating, and directing the on-site labour team, gangers, and subcontractors to ensure daily delivery targets are hit.
- Site Inductions: Leading and delivering comprehensive site safety inductions for all incoming personnel, operatives, and visitors.
- Digital Snagging: Routinely inspecting site finishes, identifying defects, and digitally uploading snag lists directly to ProCore for subcontractor tracking.
- Waste & Logistics Management: Organizing, booking, and managing site waste management strategies, including skips, wait-and-load services, and recycling quotas on tight footprint zones.
- Material Flow Control: Coordinating and sequencing all vehicle movements, hoist allocations, and material distribution across various floors.
Requirements & Compliance Vetting:
To comply with our Tier-1 client frameworks, all applicants must pass our strict internal vetting process before deployment:
- Valid CSCS Card (Black Managerial or Gold Advanced/Supervisor Card).
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (Essential).
- ProCore Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating the platform, specifically for logging actions or updating snag lists.
- Biometric Right-to-Work Documentation (Passport, Share Code, or birth certificate).
- Full CIS Tax Registration (UTR Number required) or valid PAYE details.
- Proven track record managing complex logistics and labour teams on fast-track London office fit-out schemes.
