Construction Manager

Discipline:      Construction Manager - Steel Structures

Location:       London

Salary:           to £65,000 per annum

Integrate are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to join a major construction project at Old Oak Common, London.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in steel structures / structural steel installation and will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating installation teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor structural steel installation works on site.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Manage and oversee RAMS, method statements and relevant site documentation.
• Carry out regular health & safety and quality inspections.
• Coordinate ITPs, inspections and requests for inspection with the Principal Contractor.
• Monitor quality and address any non-conformities or corrective actions.
• Ensure installation teams have the correct information and documentation to carry out their works.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to maintain progress on site.

Requirements

• CSCS Black Card
• SMSTS
• Strong experience within steel structures, structural steel or associated installation works.
• Good knowledge of site health & safety, quality procedures, RAMS and inspections.
• Strong organisational and site management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with site teams, subcontractors and the Principal Contractor.
