A Construction Manager is required to lead engineering contractors delivering hyperscale data centre construction projects in Milan, Italy.
This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for contractor coordination, site delivery and construction activities within a mission-critical infrastructure environment.
The role is suited to an experienced construction professional with a background managing engineering contractors, subcontractors and complex construction delivery activities.
EU passport is required for this opportunity.

The Construction Manager role:
- Lead and coordinate engineering contractors throughout construction delivery
- Manage site activities to support project progress, quality and safety expectations
- Oversee contractor performance and day-to-day construction coordination
- Support delivery of hyperscale data centre infrastructure projects
- Work closely with contractors and project stakeholders to maintain progress against programme requirements
- Provide site leadership across construction activities during the assigned rotation
Construction Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Site Manager, Project Manager or similar construction delivery role
- Data Centre experience
- Experience managing engineering contractors and subcontractors on complex projects
- Background delivering large-scale construction projects
- Experience working within data centres, mission-critical infrastructure or similar environments
- Strong contractor coordination and site management skills
- EU passport eligibility required
