Albion is recruiting on behalf of one of Europe's leading cladding and roofing contractors, renowned for delivering some of the continent's largest and most technically demanding data centre projects.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint Site Managers, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join their specialist data centre division, delivering complex façade and roofing packages across Finland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a genuine market leader with a proven reputation for delivering fast-track, high-value projects for some of the world's biggest technology clients.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for delivering specialist façade and roofing packages on large-scale European data centres, with individual packages typically valued at up to £30 million.

Working alongside an experienced delivery team, you'll play a key role in managing programme, quality, health & safety, subcontractors and client relationships on technically complex, fast-paced projects.

These are long-term opportunities with genuine career progression for individuals looking to build a career within the rapidly expanding European data centre sector.

Requirements

• Previous experience delivering complete façade, cladding or roofing packages.
• Strong background working for specialist building envelope contractors.
• Experience managing large, complex construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Happy to work on a European rotation.

Previous data centre experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates with a strong background delivering complex façade packages on major construction projects are encouraged to apply.
