Construction Planner (Freelance) – Cardiff

Pro Staff Construction are looking for a Construction Planner to to join a construction contractor based in South Wales. They are looking for an experienced Freelance Planner to support the delivery of a large new-build construction project.

Responsibilities:

• Producing and maintaining construction programmes
• Monitoring project progress and updating programmes
• Working closely with site teams, project managers and commercial staff
• Identifying programme risks and recommending solutions
• Supporting the successful delivery of the project to programme

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner on large new-build projects
• Strong programme management and planning skills
• Experience using planning software such as Asta Powerproject or MS Project
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
