The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing construction professionals into a variety of temporary or permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Interviewing and screening candidates to assess suitability.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement.
• Advertising and marketing job opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate candidate and client records.
• Conducting compliance and right-to-work checks.
• Supporting business development activities and generating new opportunities.
