As a Contact Centre Supervisor, your key duties will include:
  • Managing and motivating the contact centre team to achieve service targets
  • Ensuring excellent customer relations and resolving complex queries
  • Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and feedback
  • Implementing process improvements to optimise efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on customer interactions
The ideal individual for the Contact Centre Supervisor role will have:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Contact Executive or Customer Relations Manager
