Continental Shift - Maintenance Engineer

I am currently recruiting an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer for one of the Largest FM Service providers Located in CANARY WHARF

CONTINENTAL SHIFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

HOURS: 7AM - 7PM 7PM - 7AM

Salary £52,171 per annum + 3% shift allowance.

The position is to work in a Prestigious Building on CANARY WHARF

Permanent Role - Engineer

Job specific accountabilities

Perform maintenance to both plant equipment and building equipment

Carry out preventative maintenance programme

Carry out reactive maintenance works

Liaise with our client’s representative on a day to day basis regarding work issues

Liaise with building facilities team to ensure any shared landlord and tenant systems are operating correctly

Willingness to undertake further training

PPM Works

Filter Changes, AHU , PUMPS , MOT , SERVICE, PPM SFG20

Essential Qualifications/Experience;

Full Electrical or Mechanical qualifications to a minimum City & Guilds or equivalent (NVQ 2 or 3)

18th Edition - Regulations (desirable)

Must have commercial maintenance experience

Fault finding abilities are essential

Legionella awareness L8 (desirable)

The post holder will work with a small team of maintenance staff on a rotating day shift rota. Weekend working will be required on a roster basis. They will carry out planned maintenance tasks and varied unscheduled work.
