Salary: Up to £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Are you an organised and proactive Contract Support professional looking for your next opportunity within Facilities Management?

We're looking for a Contract Support to join a busy FM team supporting a prestigious commercial contract in Oxford (OX1). This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team, providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the contract.

The Role

• Raise purchase orders (POs) and process invoices.

• Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure jobs are progressed efficiently.

• Update CAFM systems and maintain accurate records.

• Support the day-to-day administration of a busy maintenance contract.

• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

• Process paperwork and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.

• Assist with reporting and general contract administration.

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to client enquiries.

About You

• Previous experience in a Contract Support, Facilities Administrator, Helpdesk, or FM Coordinator role.

• Experience working within Facilities Management or Building Services is desirable.

• Knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing, and WIP management.

• Experience using CAFM systems such as JobLogic, Concept, or similar.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
