Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a major West London PFP project from start to completion
- Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and workmanship standards
- Maintain commercial control, including budgets, cost tracking, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and industry standards
- Act as the main client and stakeholder contact on-site
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and programme delivery
- Maintain robust QA, traceability, and audit-ready records
- Drive continuous improvement and efficient delivery methods
- Liaise with design and technical teams to resolve site issues
- Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and accountability
About You
- Experience as a Contracts Manager/Project Manager in passive fire protection or social housing
- Experience overseeing fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation packages
- Strong commercial and organisational ability
- Confident communicator and site leader
- Full UK driving licence
