With decades of industry experience, they provide end-to-end project delivery, from design and planning through to construction and handover, and are known for their collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed to project timelines, budgets and highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, site teams, and subcontractors, you will manage programmes, commercial performance, and contractual obligations while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

Our client is looking for someone who has experience managing multiple projects at any one time. 

The successful candidate will have experience overseeing new build projects from design through to completion.

Healthcare experience is desirable however, Commerical experience can be considered.
