Conveyancing Paralegal Beaconsfield | Office-based | Minimum three years' experience Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with a good understanding of the residential conveyancing process from initial instruction through to post-completion? Our client is a friendly, professional and growing legal practice based in smart offices on Beaconsfield High Street. They are looking for an organised and approachable Conveyancing Paralegal to support their busy team and help keep matters progressing smoothly. The role This is a varied, hands-on position within a close-knit team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Opening and maintaining matters, carrying out AML and compliance checks and keeping LEAP records updated
  • Supporting residential transactions with searches, contract packs, forms, completion statements, SDLT submissions and registrations
  • Communicating with clients, estate agents and other parties throughout the conveyancing process
  • Helping with client appointments, telephone enquiries and the general administration of the office
What we're looking for
  • At least three years' experience in a Conveyancing Paralegal role
  • A good understanding of the whole residential conveyancing process, including pre- and post-completion
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and professional communication skills
  • A helpful, flexible approach and the ability to commute easily to Beaconsfield
You do not need to have personally handled every stage, but you must understand how the complete process fits together. Experience using LEAP would be helpful but is not essential. What's on offer?
