The Company:
ER Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, a dynamic and growing events agency delivering end-to-end solutions across corporate events, production, PR and brand experiences.
The business is now expanding its operational capability with a brand new Corporate Events Administrator role to support continued growth.

Role & Responsibilities of the Corporate Events Administrator:

  • Provide direct administrative and logistical support to Project Managers across multiple concurrent corporate event projects
  • Coordinate client communications, supplier information and project administration throughout the event lifecycle
  • Support venue sourcing, accommodation, travel logistics and delegate management
  • Prepare event documentation including briefing packs, schedules, attendee information and event collateral
  • Maintain accurate project plans, trackers and administrative records to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoice processing and expenditure monitoring
  • Collate and manage RAMS, insurance documentation and compliance information from third-party suppliers
  • Assist with site visits and provide occasional on-site event support when required
  • Maintain accurate supplier databases and project documentation for future events


About You as the Corporate Events Administrator:

  • Previous administration experience supporting corporate events is essential, ideally within an events agency or commercial events environment
  • Able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
  • Exceptional organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience supporting project budgets, invoices or financial administration
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience using CRM or event management systems advantageous
  • Adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and enjoys the planning and coordination behind successful events
  • Willingness to occasionally travel within the UK or internationally in support of events
