We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance & Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Driver to join a busy warehouse team based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with valid Counterbalance and VNA licences looking for a long-term role within a fast-paced environment.

Shift Pattern

  • Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm

  • Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

  • Rotating weekly shifts

Responsibilities

  • Operating Counterbalance and VNA forklifts safely and efficiently.

  • Loading and unloading trailers at the loading bay.

  • Moving pallets throughout the warehouse.

  • Bringing stock in and out of storage locations.

  • Assisting with stock movements and warehouse duties.

  • Carrying out manual handling tasks where required.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance and VNA forklift licences.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment.

  • Ability to work rotating shifts.

  • Comfortable with manual handling as part of the role.

  • Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
