Weekly pay | PAYE | £100 - £115 p/d

TeacherActive is currently recruiting Level 3 Cover Supervisors to work in a partnership secondary school in Fishguard. This is a fantastic opportunity for confident and adaptable education professionals looking for flexible or full-time work within supportive school environments.

• Deliver pre-set lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher
• Supervise pupils across a range of subjects and year groups
• Maintain a calm, positive, and productive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour confidently and consistently
• Support pupils with their learning and encourage positive engagement
• Build strong professional relationships with pupils and school staff
• Adapt confidently to different classroom environments and school settings

✅ Level 3 qualification in Education, Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a relevant subject
✅ Previous experience working with children or young people
✅ Experience working within a secondary school environment is desirable
✅ Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Reliable, adaptable, and proactive approach
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
