Cover Supervisor

Prospero Teaching is recruiting Cover Supervisors for a highly regarded secondary school in Havering. This successful and ambitious school is known for its strong academic standards, excellent behaviour, and commitment to developing well-rounded students through a broad curriculum, enrichment opportunities, sport, and the arts.

The Role:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-set work and keep students engaged
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff

Requirements:

• Passion for education and supporting young people
• Minimum GCSE qualifications (or equivalent)
• Confident, reliable and professional approach
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
