This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced Cover Supervisors looking to build their career in education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences and ensure students remain focused on pre-prepared work. You will need to be confident managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher.
* Ensure students complete assigned work set by the teacher.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Report any issues or concerns to senior staff.
* Support students with questions and encourage engagement.

Requirements:
* Experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is desirable.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Positive attitude and professional presence.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
* Must meet standard UK school safeguarding requirements.
