CPCS Hoist Operator – Reading
£16.50 per Hour | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable CPCS Hoist Operator to join a busy construction project in Reading, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating the site hoist safely and efficiently
- Transporting materials, equipment, and personnel between site levels
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements
- Ensuring safe loading and unloading procedures are followed at all times
- Coordinating with site management and trades to maintain smooth operations
- Adhering to all site health and safety regulations and procedures
Requirements
- Valid CPCS Hoist Operator Card
- Previous experience operating hoists on construction sites
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Full PPE required
