We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable CPCS Hoist Operator to join a busy construction project in Norwich, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the site hoist in accordance with site procedures and safety regulations
• Transport personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently around the site
• Conduct daily pre-use checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements
• Maintain accurate records and complete relevant site documentation when required
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials and personnel
• Communicate effectively with site management, banksmen, and other trades
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment at all times

Requirements

• Valid CPCS Hoist Operator Card
• Previous experience operating hoists on construction sites
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
