Beyond Talent Solutions are proud to be supporting a well-established business based in Doncaster as they look to appoint an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries and making an immediate impact. You'll be joining a friendly finance team where you'll take ownership of the sales ledger and support the business in maintaining healthy cash flow.


The role:

  • Chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Resolving invoice and payment queries efficiently
  • Allocating cash and reconciling customer accounts
  • Producing aged debt reports and supporting cash collection targets
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and account notes
  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required


You'll be working closely with a supportive finance team in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be trusted to hit the ground running and manage your own workload.


We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous Credit Control experience
  • Is confident speaking with customers and negotiating payment solutions
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise a busy workload
  • Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced finance function
