Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Crisis Management Centre (CMC) Analyst to join the Crisis Management Centre of a prestigious financial institution in the City of London.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring and operational response to both internal and external incidents across the EMEA region. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires strong situational awareness and the ability to act decisively under pressure.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate communication, escalation, and coordination during significant events. You will support the organisation’s ability to respond effectively to crises, protect people and assets, and maintain business continuity through proactive risk identification and structured response actions.
Working Pattern: 24/7 rotating 6-week shift cycle | Early (07:00–15:00), Late (13:00–21:00), Days (07:00–19:00), Nights (19:00–07:00) | Weekdays, weekends and nights included
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for, respond to, and support recovery from high-impact incidents
- Conduct real-time monitoring of internal and external incidents across the EMEA region
- Identify, escalate, and manage incidents in line with established protocols
- Coordinate responses affecting staff, sites, and business operations
- Assess and mitigate risks for business travellers, including tracking high-risk travel
- Gather, evaluate, and interpret intelligence to identify emerging risks and trends
- Conduct open-source research (OSINT) to support threat detection and situational awareness
- Deliver accurate and timely communications, updates, and reports to stakeholders

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:
