CRM Executive in Attleborough
Posted by Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd
Ever wondered what it would be like to run CRM where your campaigns bring in tens of millions a year? Want to join a fast-growing business just as it gears up for its next big chapter?
My client is one of Norfolk's genuine success stories. They're a digital consumer business started by two local founders some years ago, and they've grown into one of the leaders in their market. They now have major new investment behind them and a brand-new leadership team, including a new MD, a new Head of Marketing and a Head of CRM being appointed now. They're building a stronger marketing team, and this CRM Executive role is a key part of it.
CRM isn't a side function here. It's one of the biggest revenue drivers in the business. They're volume driven and growth focused, so your work on targeting, retention and reactivation shows up in the numbers fast.
What you'll be doing
- Building, testing and deploying campaigns across email, SMS and app push, and helping manage the campaign calendar.
- Supporting and improving automated journeys across onboarding, retention, reactivation and engagement.
- Building audiences from behavioural and transactional data, and keeping targeting sharp.
- Adding personalised and dynamic content, and running A/B tests.
- Reporting on engagement, revenue, retention and ROI, and turning the results into ideas.
- Working with creative, paid media, product and data colleagues, plus external agencies.
What you'll bring
- Strong, proven experience in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience of customer and market segmentation. This is a must.
- A track record of using CRM to drive retention, growth, activation and ROI.
- Experience in Klaviyo is ideal, but another CRM platform is absolutely fine if you're keen to learn.
- Sharp attention to detail, strong organisation, and a commercial head.
- A full driving licence and your own transport, as the site isn't on a public transport route (20 min walk from nearest station).
What's in it for you
- A salary of £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- A 7.5% matched pension.
- Free parking on site.
- Food and refreshments provided every week.
- Summer and winter socials abroad.
- A young, sociable team with a great culture and a real chance to grow with the business.
