A well-established travel organisation is seeking a talented CRM Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role offers the chance to contribute to high-impact marketing campaigns that inspire people to explore the great outdoors and enjoy unforgettable travel experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer with a passion for CRM, and email campaign delivery to make a meaningful contribution in a fast-paced, purpose driven environment. Salary of £33k to £35k, hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day in the office.

CRM Marketing Executive – Role & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering targeted marketing activity across multiple channels. Working closely with product teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies, you’ll help shape and execute campaigns that drive engagement, bookings, and brand loyalty.

• Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, newsletters, app notifications, SMS, print, and digital
• Working with CRM agency to segment audiences and deliver personalised messaging
• Collaborating with product managers and marketing leads to identify priorities and optimise campaign performance
• Developing and managing marketing communication plans, ensuring timely execution across all channels
• Writing and presenting briefs to internal teams and external partners
• Monitoring campaign performance against KPIs and recommending improvements
• Creating and curating content across media platforms, including copywriting and image sourcing
• Proofreading and ensuring accuracy of all outbound communications
• Contributing to market research and competitor analysis

CRM Marketing Executive – Skills & Experience Required:

• Marketing or related degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2C  marketing role, ideally within the travel or leisure industry
• Strong background in CRM and digital . / email campaign delivery
• Experience and ability to brief specialist CRM agency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
