• Assist cruise goers by selling unforgettable cruise holidays combining expert cruise advice and personalised booking support with a focus on conversion, repeat business and profitable sales.
• Creating bespoke worldwide cruise holiday packages tailored to members' clients' needs.
• Delivering exceptional service from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation.
• Actively following up quotes with members, answering questions and helping turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Earning generous commission by achieving agreed individual and team sales targets.

Cruise Sales Consultant – Essential Requirements:

• Cruise knowledge with sales experience
• Happy to work in the office 2 days a month from home
• Sales driven with a passion for travel
• A confident telephone manner coupled with a proactive approach
• Flexibility and a collaborative team spirit
• Proficiency in keyboard and PC skills, with excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets
