CSA Project Manager | Data Centres | Netherlands

Salter Grange is partnering with a leading Tier 1 engineering and construction contractor to recruit an experienced CSA Project Manager for a major hyperscale data centre project in the Netherlands.

Joining a business with a secured pipeline of work for the next four years, you'll play a key role in delivering mission-critical facilities for one of the world's leading technology companies while benefiting from long-term career progression.

As CSA Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages from pre-construction through to commissioning. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

CSA Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of CSA packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, programmes and logistics plans.
• Manage project budgets, cost control and commercial performance.
• Oversee project quality plans and ensure all works meet required standards.
• Lead the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures across the project.
• Coordinate engineering, construction and subcontractor teams to achieve programme milestones.
• Manage procurement schedules and supply chain performance.
• Chair project meetings with internal teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Support testing, commissioning and successful project handover.

CSA Project Manager Requirements

• Minimum five years' experience as a CSA Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres or other complex mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of project planning, cost management, procurement and programme delivery.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and specialist subcontractors.
• Excellent knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
• Outstanding communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional project management qualification or relevant construction trade background.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects across Europe.
