CSA Supervisor (Externals) in Finland

CSA Supervisor – Data Centre – Helsinki, Finland

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to their clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in their sector.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join them in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities

External Civil & Structural Works Supervision

• Supervise the delivery of external CSA works across the data centre development, including groundworks, foundations, reinforced concrete structures, underground services, duct banks, drainage, roads, hardstanding and external infrastructure.

Subcontractor & Site Team Management

• Coordinate external works subcontractors and site-based teams, overseeing daily activities, labour and plant resources, work sequencing and productivity to ensure activities are delivered safely and in accordance with project requirements.

Construction Coordination & Technical Interfaces

• Work closely with the project management, engineering, MEP and wider construction teams to coordinate external works with building requirements, underground utilities, service connections and site logistics, resolving technical and sequencing issues as they arise.

Quality Assurance & Site Compliance

• Conduct regular inspections of external construction activities, monitoring workmanship and ensuring works comply with approved drawings, specifications, inspection and test plans, method statements and applicable Finnish regulations and safety standards.

Programme Delivery & Project Reporting

• Track progress of external CSA packages against the construction programme, identify potential delays and site constraints, coordinate inspections and testing, and maintain accurate progress reports and quality documentation through to completion and handover.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background

Must have 3+ years previous experience in a similar role on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects

EU Passport is preferred
