We are recruiting an experienced CSA Supervisor to join a major data centre construction project in Finland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading European data centre construction contractor, working on large-scale mission-critical developments. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages, ensuring site activities are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

You will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, progress monitoring and the successful delivery of CSA activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.
• Oversee day-to-day CSA site operations and subcontractor activities.
• Monitor construction progress against project schedules and agreed milestones.
• Coordinate site safety activities alongside the project EHS team.
• Manage quality assurance and quality control processes across CSA works.
• Supervise civil works, structural installations, internal fit-out, roofing and cladding.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications and setting-out details.
• Coordinate manpower requirements and subcontractor progress meetings.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and project records.
• Attend site coordination, planning, engineering and progress meetings.
• Manage CSA snagging, punch lists and close-out activities.
• Support project handover and ensure all deliverables are completed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a CSA supervisory role.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience supervising large-scale CSA construction packages.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction methods.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary site teams.
• Good knowledge of construction quality standards and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction specifications.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Data centre or mission-critical construction experience is highly desirable.

• Salary of €70,000–€80,000.
