Hours: Part-Time (2 days per week)

We're currently recruiting for a Part-Time HR Advisor to join an organisation based in Sittingbourne.

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide professional HR support and guidance within a busy working environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees
• Assisting with employee relations matters
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
• Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience within an HR Advisor role or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation
• Ability to manage a varied workload

This is a permanent, part-time position working 2 days per week based in Sittingbourne.
