We're growing our Freight Division and looking for a Recruitment Consultant who wants to be part of something exciting!

Right Now Group is looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Freight Recruitment team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the full recruitment process, particularly developing new business, building client relationships and delivering successful permanent placements.

Our Freight Division partners with businesses across freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain, recruiting professionals across air freight, sea freight, road freight, customs and operational management.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for managing a 360 permanent recruitment desk, developing new business opportunities and delivering recruitment solutions to clients across the freight forwarding industry.

You'll have the opportunity to build your own client portfolio, develop specialist industry knowledge and play a key role in growing the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure new clients within freight forwarding and logistics.

• Generate permanent vacancies through proactive business development.

• Build relationships with freight forwarding businesses and hiring managers.

• Recruit candidates across air freight, sea freight, road freight, customs and freight operations.

• Source, screen and qualify candidates against client requirements.

• Manage the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to successful placement.

• Arrange interviews, negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations.

• Develop existing client relationships and generate repeat business.

• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and commercial opportunities.

• Record recruitment activity accurately within Tracker RMS.

• Achieve individual billing and business development targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within permanent recruitment.

• Strong sales and business development skills.

• Confidence building relationships with new clients.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A genuine desire to achieve targets and earn commission.

• Experience within freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain recruitment would be highly advantageous.
