About The Role:
- Supervise and coordinate Customer Service Associates ensuring high performance and compliance
- Monitor daily operations and optimise workflow efficiency
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members for continuous improvement
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed
About You:
- Proven experience in supervising customer service teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of operational procedures and safety standards
- Flexibility for shift patterns and rotation schedules
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in the EU or Finland specifically
- Fluency in additional languages
- Knowledge of industry-specific software

- EU passport preferred; UK permits take 2-4 weeks to process
