About the Role:

  • Location: Corby
  • Position: Customer Account Coordinator
  • Type: Permanent 
  • Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday - Friday | Day Shift (Working Hours Between 7 AM - 5 PM)
  • Salary: £14.88 per hour 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring smooth issue resolution
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer feedback and trends
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Customer service or admin experience (Logistics/Automotive industry preferred!)
  • Tech-savvy – Microsoft Office & CRM knowledge is a plus!
  • Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving pro with a keen eye for detail
