This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with customers, suppliers, production and logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and to the highest standards. If you enjoy building relationships, coordinating multiple priorities and taking ownership of the customer journey from order through to delivery, we'd love to hear from you.   Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Executive:
  • Manage customer orders from enquiry through to delivery and invoicing
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring an excellent level of service
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines
  • Liaise with suppliers and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Monitor orders using critical paths and proactively communicate progress to customers
  • Process sales orders and invoices accurately using ERP systems
  • Prepare and coordinate product samples and manage sample requests
  • Work collaboratively across departments to improve processes and customer experience
  • Ensure accurate administration and documentation throughout the order lifecycle
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Previous experience in an Account Executive, Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management role within manufacturing or a similar environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Good IT skills and experience using ERP systems (Sage 200 experience would be advantageous)
  • Experience coordinating orders, logistics or supply chain activities would be beneficial
