Key Responsibilities

• Support customers from enquiry and quotation through to project completion.

• Work closely with internal departments to deliver customer requirements effectively.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and work instructions.
• Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Process invoices accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Resolve customer queries and provide proactive solutions.
