💷 £14.40 per hour
📅 9-Month Temporary Contract
🚀 Start Date: 21st September 2026

• Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am-6pm
• 1 Saturday in 4 (9am-4pm) with a day off in lieu
• Office-based for the first 6 months, then up to 3 days working from home (subject to eligibility)

Join Lloyds Banking Group's Homes Operations Mortgages Team and help support customers on their homeownership journey. You'll be the first point of contact for mortgage brokers and advisors, handling incoming calls, resolving queries, and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Support customers with mortgage-related queries
• Provide accurate information and resolutions over the phone
• Follow compliance and security procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service, including supporting vulnerable customers
• Maintain customer records and correspondence
