Customer Care Coordinator – Major House Builder

Hours: Monday – Friday
Type: Full-time, Permanent

A major house builder is looking for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their team in Sunderland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business offering full training, career progression and long-term development.

The role will involve coordinating customer care enquiries, managing and prioritising jobs, liaising with homeowners, site teams and contractors, arranging appointments, monitoring outstanding works and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in customer care, administration or coordination
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
• Previous experience within new build housing or construction would be advantageous
