Location: Redditch (Office & Site Based)
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Full Time, Monday to Friday 

Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading UK housebuilder for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their busy Customer Care team in Redditch.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that designs and builds high-quality new homes across the UK. As the first point of contact for homeowners after they move into their new property, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
•    Contact new homeowners to congratulate them on their new home and introduce yourself as their dedicated Customer Care Coordinator. 
•    Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries, maintenance requests and snagging issues. 
•    Coordinate repairs, ranging from minor defects to more complex maintenance concerns. 
•    Liaise closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved promptly. 
•    Build strong working relationships with site teams and homeowners to achieve positive outcomes. 
•    Visit developments when required to meet with homeowners and discuss any concerns in person. 
•    Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, providing regular updates. 
•    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outstanding works. 
•    Handle complaints professionally, demonstrating empathy, resilience and a solutions-focused approach. 
•    Ensure all customer queries are managed within agreed service levels. 

About You
•    Previous experience within a customer service, customer care or complaints handling role. 
•    Confident dealing with challenging conversations and managing customer expectations. 
•    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 
•    Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. 
•    Resilient, calm under pressure and able to remain professional in difficult situations. 
•    Strong administrative and IT skills. 
•    Full UK driving licence and own transport, as occasional travel to developments will be required.
