We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Operative to join a busy team covering the North West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys working directly with customers and taking pride in delivering high-quality remedial works and aftercare.

The Role

As a Customer Care Operative, you’ll be responsible for attending customers' homes to investigate and resolve defects and maintenance issues, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and customers receive excellent service.

You’ll cover a regional patch stretching from Stockport across to Liverpool and down towards Crewe and Stoke.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out customer care and aftercare works within occupied properties
• Investigate and resolve defects and maintenance issues
• Complete remedial works to a high standard
• Liaise professionally with homeowners, tenants and customers
• Work across multiple trades including joinery, painting, masticing and plastering
• Diagnose issues and identify appropriate solutions
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service
• Complete relevant paperwork and job updates
• Represent the company professionally when working in customers' homes

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in customer care, repairs, maintenance or aftercare
• Is confident across joinery, painting, masticing and plastering
• Ideally has experience within new build housing or social housing
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Can work independently and manage their own workload
• Takes pride in the quality of their work
• Has a professional and reliable approach
• Holds a full UK driving licence
