Infinity Employment are seeking a Customer Sales Administrator to join a well-established manufacturer of high-quality power solutions for the Fire and Security Industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business offering full training, ongoing support, and the potential for a permanent position. You must be organised and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

  • £13.00 per hour
  • Monday - Friday
  • Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer orders from receipt through to processing
  • Handling and responding to a busy inbox of customer enquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
  • Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product enquiries
  • Accurately processing orders and maintaining customer records
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required

Key skills:

  • Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
