Infinity Employment are seeking a Customer Sales Administrator to join a well-established manufacturer of high-quality power solutions for the Fire and Security Industry. - Monday - Friday
- Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer orders from receipt through to processing
- Handling and responding to a busy inbox of customer enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
- Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product enquiries
- Accurately processing orders and maintaining customer records
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required
Key skills:
- Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
- Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
