Based in Fareham
Monday to Friday hours + 1 in 5 Saturday mornings. You get back 1/2 day annual leave for every Saturday morning worked!
Salary - £29,850 plus quarterly and annual bonus

Working for a leading Waste Management company, as a Customer Sales Advisor you will be responsible for -

  • Speaking to new and existing customers large and small.
  • Finalising orders and inputting them onto the system.
  • Confirming orders with customers via email.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Processing payment details.
  • Following up on quotes with customers.

Experience and skill set -

  • Ideally, previous experience of working within the waste industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong telephony skills for inbound and outbound calls.
  • Excellent administration and computer literacy skills,
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when under pressure as this is a very busy working environment.
