You don't need previous sales experience — just confidence, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided from the outset, with real opportunities to progress quickly.

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES

• Speaking with customers face-to-face and building genuine rapport
• Understanding customer needs and matching them to the right product or service
• Delivering clear, confident sales conversations
• Supporting customers through the sign-up or purchase process
• Working towards personal and team targets
• Representing trusted brands within local communities
• Attending regular coaching sessions to sharpen your skills

PAY & PROGRESSION

• £600–£800 OTE per week
